Between: You (the Member) and RS Fitness Limited (RS FITNESS / The Gym)
1. General
Payment: All fees must be paid in advance. Your membership is only confirmed once payment has been received.
Exercise Risks: I understand there are risks involved in strenuous exercise. If I am injured during training, I acknowledge RS FITNESS and its coaches are not responsible, except in cases of gross negligence or deliberate harm.
Instructions: I will follow all instructions given by RS FITNESS staff.
Progress: I understand my results depend on my own effort, consistency, and how well I follow the program both in and out of the gym.
Opening Times: I understand opening times and class schedules may change, especially during holiday periods and bank holidays.
2. Challenge Money-Back Guarantee
To be eligible for the money-back guarantee (if applicable), I must: Attend at least 3 coached sessions per week, every week.
Use MyFitnessPal (or a similar app) to track and meet the nutrition targets set by RS FITNESS, every day.
Complete monthly measurements with RS FITNESS coaches throughout the program.
3. Contract Duration & Renewal
By completing payment, I agree to a minimum contract term of either 30 days or 6 weeks, depending on the program purchased.
The contract begins from my first registered session and runs as follows:
30-Day Challenge: Ends 30 days after the first session.
6-Week Challenge: Ends 6 weeks after the first session.
4. Payments
Full payment is required before your first session.
Your membership includes a set number of group coaching sessions per week or month.
Unused sessions do not carry over past the end of your 30-day or 6-week challenge.
5. Sessions & Cancellations
All sessions must be booked in advance using the TeamUp booking system.
If you cancel a session with less than 12 hours’ notice, that session will be charged and deducted from your membership allowance.
Missed or late-cancelled sessions cannot be refunded, rescheduled, or carried over into another session or a future calendar month.
This policy ensures fairness and availability for all members and allows us to run an efficient coaching schedule.
6. Membership Pauses
Pauses are limited to 2 weeks and must be requested in writing.
Paused challenges must be completed within 8 weeks of the original start date.
No pauses are allowed during July, August, November, or December.
If you cancel your membership during the initial 30-day or 6-week period, no refunds will be issued once your account is set up and coaching materials have been shared.
7. Cancellations & Refunds
All 30-day and 6-week challenges are non-refundable once your account is created.
Paid-in-full or upfront programs are non-refundable.
You will still have access to the gym and coaching for the full duration of your program after your first session.
Membership cancellations require 30 days’ notice.
Any payments due during the 30-day cancellation period will be taken as normal.
You will have full access to the gym and coaching for 30 days from your final payment.
9. Holiday Packs
We do not pause or change membership payments during holiday periods or short-term sickness.
However, no sessions are lost due to holiday or illness.
Instead, a catch-up pack will be added to your account for any sessions missed due to holiday or sickness.
Catch-up packs are valid for 3 months from the date they are added to your account.
This allows you to make up missed sessions without losing value from your membership.
8. Agreement
By completing payment and starting your membership, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
